I visited a nail salon called “Nail Confections” in Bacolod. It must be popular because we had to wait over an hour to be seen! Thankfully they also own a little café next door (Quino’s) which does nice coffee and pretty chocolate cake (Ken was jealous) so we waited in there. Also apparently the café has a “secret garden” (shh, you didn’t hear it from me!), but because it was raining, it wasn’t open on the day we went so I didn’t get to see
